I had bought a chair (Atom breathable mesh Ergonomic chair black colour) from pepperfry, which was supposed to be delivered to me on 10th July 2023, but it was delayed and was received on 12th July 2023, and assembled from their carpenter on 13th July 2023, I had ordered that chair for studying .On 20th July 2023, I was sitting on the chair studying but suddenly the chair broke and i fell down, I issued a ticket so they sent their carpenter to check and i was mailed that supervisor will check too but there wasnt any sign of supervisor, so i had complained on the website but then they said that it is due to usage that the chair broke within a week but how can a chair break due mere sitting, i either want a refund or replacement. The chair costs Rs.4000 while how can a chair costing Rs.4000 break within a week by mere sitting My order id is[protected], I've spoken to their customer service twice but it was of no use as they are blaming it on usage.
