Pepperfry — Defective product (Bed)

I have purchased the bed 5 months back but it is getting worst. Dermite and wooden dust are around the bed. I already told the pepperfry last month but no action taken place. They are saying that no defect has been found in the product without examine.

Updated by Danish06 One of your employee called me and told me that she cannot do anything because it comes under wear and tear. Once again your company made a decision without inspection. Secondly she was saying that it's an engineered wood so termites were not a reason for damaged wood.
Termites can damage solid wood as well as laminate and as well as engineered woods.
Again I have received negative response.
