Pepperfry — Delayed delivery of order

Sir, I have ordered dining table online to pepeerfry. My order no is[protected] ordered on 13 Sept 2015. Expected delivery date was 28 Sept 2015. Today its 3rd October till today I have not received the delivery of the item. I am continuously follow up with company written mails, everyday they give one or other delivery date. What should I do in this case.Will it help approaching consumer forum. Thanks for your support. S.

Updated by SHJ At last got delivery on 4th October. Henceforth never deal with such companies.
