[Resolved] Pepperfry — Delivering some other product instead of one ordered and non delivery of product | |||||
Ordered online black Sui solar lights but got not properly working pest control solar lights. Also ordered 3 mudda cane chairs and a matching stool but was delivered only 2 chairs and sign taken for delivery of 3 chairs. The stool never came. Now have asked for return and refund of money. They are saying stool will be delivered when 3 chairs order is cancelled. On persisting they agreed to cancel order and refund. Now billing and delivery address is not same. Am forced to take products back to delivery address which is tedious and also have lost out on Diwali offer from some other company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
