[Resolved] Pepperfry — Delivery pending, no response from company | |
I have ordered two bar stools from pepper fry on 20th Oct. Its been more than one month and the delivery is still not done. There was a delivery on 12th Nov, but the products were defective. So I returned it to the pepper fry representative right away, after discussion with the customer service executive. Now, every week, I am getting a call from the delivery team that "you will get your product tomorrow", but their tomorrow never comes. When I tried calling back on the number, some other person picks up and today he informed me that they get a calling list and that's what they follow, they have no update on this case. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service team of pepper fry, logged complains and call back requests as well. I have also sent them multiple calls, but till now, neither I have received any call back nor any response to my emails. Pepperfry service is so bad that other than a call back request, there is no way to get in touch with them as they don't respond to emails/chats. Now, they are taking the timelines of 1-1 week, and rescheduling the delivery on their own, and I get this message that "the delivery of material is rescheduled as per your request", and I have never requested that.
