I have ordered Martin 5 seated corner sofa ( order ID[protected] on 30.10.2022. But Pepper fry unable to deliver my product by the scheduled time on 17.11.2022. And surprisingly they have cancelled my product on 11.11.2022 and sent me a message that my product has been cancelled and they have processed for refund my money and it will be credited to original source by 7-10 working days. But already 10 working days is over and the amount has not been credited to my account yet. Regarding this issue, everyday I am contacting with their customer care executive through chat and I have sent mail to their grievance cell but they are unable to resolve the issue. Just they are saying- Refund has been processed and it will be credited..Being a Branch Manager of State Bank of India, I know how much time/ how many days money can be transferred/refunded. Firstly, they have canceled my product without my consent, after keeping my money almost 12 days and now everyday I have to spent time to recover my hard earned money. Is this the service of an organisation like Pepper fry ?
Anyway, I have never expected this type of service from their end. I request you please arrange to refund the amount to my source account number [protected] (NAME- BEAUTYHOLIC, SBI, IFSC-SBIN0000122) at the earliest.
