[Resolved] Pepperfry — False status update - product still undelivered | |||||
Hi, MY ORDER ID[protected] I booked one Cloth Dryer on 23rd October 2015 which is scheduled to be delivered by 4th Nov 2015. After getting no updates on shipment/ready to shipped I asked customer care about delivery status on 2nd Nov. I was informed it has reached my city and will be delivered on or before 4th Nov. Since then I have made atleast 5-7 calls and getting same story everyday "Our person will get back to you in 48 hours". I called up SafeExpress to check actual status, and came to know the product will not reach me before 19th Nov 2015. ITS A TOTAL CASE OF FAILING TO DELIVER PRODUCT ON TIME, ALSO THEY ARE GIVING FALSE INFORMATION BY SAYING PRODUCT HAS ALREADY REACHED MY CITY. Was this information helpful? | |||||
