I had ordered a set of 4 chairs from Pepperfry. At delivery, 2 of them were damaged so they were returned. I was promised that I'll get the replacement chairs in 7-10 days. It's been more than 10 days and I haven't received any communication regarding my order. I have been trying to contact them via phone and online but haven't been getting any response. I have paid for the full order upfront.
