I had ordered a ladder on 11th October by paying Rs 1858.00 against order number #[protected]. However the item has not been delivered as yet. The customer care is saying it to be a logistic issue but unable to provide me any date for delivery of the item. The tracking number as provided by the company which is AWB No. :[protected] shows to be invalid on the website of Gati the logistic company. Subsequent inquiries with the Pepperfry customer care have provided 0 results. Above all the company is least bothered to send any updates on the status of my article .
