I have bought a king size bed with storage in mid of June 2021 and we started using it from July 1st 2021. After 6 months in the beginning of January 2022, noise was coming when we were sitting on it. Then when we checked, we understood that one of the joining bar broke and because of that the slabs of the bed was getting too much load. Since it was experiencing too much load, the slabs also started to break and out of the 5 slabs, one side of 3 slabs already broke. And raising this issue I have sent a return request to the company. For which they have sent a carpenter and he had commented that the item has to be replaced . But the company refused that the item cannot be replaced and only the part of the item which is having issue can be replaced. But I strongly requested for the item replacement, which they did not agree. The spokesperson of the company then said that she will try to rectify the issue but in vain. After too many approaches from my side I got a mail that this issue is not resolvable and they are closing the issue it seems.
Pepperfry is such a bad company with such a bad customer support. Their team do not have any respect to the customers as well as their customers hard earned money.
I want the item to be taken back as the issue of this item cannot be rectified.
