[Resolved]  Pepperfry — King size bed ordered twice got defective product

Am writing, someone will take this seriously

I have bought bed king size – order #[protected], and it was broken in 2 months, your person came visited and confirm and said it is manufacturing defect

after so many follow up / arguments, got credit in my Pepperfry account, again ordered king size bed Order #[protected]on June 28th and order got confirmed, it was delivered and found by person who came for assembly one broken part

Pepperfry team, are you taking this seriously and if you are honest you will compensate me on the bad service given and damaged product delivered, would like to hear fro you how you are going to make good, if not done, it gets proven, I got cheated by Pepperfry who claims to be good organisation but in reality they just fool customer and loot their harden monies by delivering damaged products

Earlier bed damaged part pictures I have uploaded, same again I m uploading defective / damaged part picture … hoping Pepperfry will take seriously and make good / compensate what I have faced

Appreciate a honest reply else it shows what brand you are !!!
