[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Manufacturing Defect Product received

I bought Rubber Wood Study Table from Pepperfry with Order No:[protected] on 22/11/2020. I could not use the table as I was not in town. Started using it from 1st April, 2021. Just in one month i.e 25/05/2021 which then broke on the foot rest .
Keeping in view of the quality concern it looks like Pepperfry has delivered an already repaired product to me, crack was due to damaged wood which had been filled with piece of putty.
I immediately raised a complaint to Pepperfry after few days carpenter confirmed that the product was damaged and Pepperfry will replace the whole unit as it cannot be repaired due to its Manufacturing defect. This feedback has been recorded on 02/06/2021 .The carpenter (Mr. Shankar, has discussed with his supervisor.But we have not received response after that and this damage has been logged as damage by use when there is a clear proof that the damage had been covered up. We already discussed with customer support as well but no input is received so far.

From that day till now, I am not getting any response from Pepperfry. Either they should refund the money or replace the product with fresh one. It definitely looks like an already repaired table has been delivered to us. I have mailed, called their customer service so many times but till now there is no response except for automated mail stating that they will revert but till now no response.
I bought this through Authorized shop of Pepperfry but keeping in view of the damage outcome I am unable use the product and not getting any response. Request to provide repair or replacement for the product
