I have purchased king size bed, mattress n cushions from pepperfry.
King size bed requires a mattress of 78*72
By mistake I ordered 72*72.
Reached pepperfry team over call for solution .. I didn't even use the mattress as the size was imperfect. The executive asked me to drop a mail on [protected]@pepperfry.com.
Done the needful. 2 days later received the call saying that my request has been approved and that i will get a call from some other team for refund or exchange.
Received no call . 7 days later I tried reaching again but my request was closed saying that as per policy we can't do so. Got bit angry but finally made my mind to use the same mattress though it doesn't fit my king size bed.The delivery boys delivered along with plastic cover . The moment I thought o[censored]sing it i opened it and saw black spots n small damage in middle of mattress ..
Shared pics on mail to pepperfry team. Again got revert that executive will reach me out in 3 days . But nothing happened so far.. Today I tried to have a chat with team they Directly said my product is no longer applicable for cancellation.. this is the worst service n worst website i have ever seen .. won't suggest anyone to go for pepperfry ..never in my lifetime i will again use the application . They just want money.customet service part is 3rd class . Scammer pepperfry .. they just wasted my money . Was this information helpful? |
