I placed an order for mattress on Nov-11-2021. The tracking info in their website indicated the estimated delivery on Nov-19. Its Nov-29 and the item not delivered yet. Their site shows bluedart tracking number but its invalid 5 digit number. I am calling customer care repeatedly but no update. They ask me to just wait for another 48 hours.
The chat option is very bad because most of the time no one takes the call.
I regret using Pepperfry.
Indian e-retail companies should give priority to honesty in doing business otherwise they will be eaten by foreign companies such as Amazons. Was this information helpful? |
