[Resolved] Pepperfry — Nariko 4 Door Wardrobe Refund

I recently ordered Nariko 4 Door Wardrobe from Pepperfry. When the product was assembled I found the backside of the product is thin as sheet and can break very easily. The finish of the product is also dull and looks old. The product is not worth the price and not satisfied with the quality of product. I raised a return request and the customer service said the order cannot be returned as well the product will not come as you imagine. Work customer service. Such rude was the response. Fooling people for hard earned money. I regret buying it from Pepperfry and urge not to buy from Pepperfry. I regret buying and paying upfront. If someone can help me return the product and get my money back.

I am really disappointed with the quality and also found lot of bad reviews regarding this product but not on your app. Please post genuine reviews on app so that people can make informed decisions and avoid this hassle and harassment of returning the product. Your customer service said the product will not be as per your imagination. Agreed learned lesson that Pepperfry does not promote quality products. Buying via you means quality which unfortunately is not the case. I regret paying upfront and just can tolerate the product and don’t know what to do with it. It’s a genuine request I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND NEED REFUND.
