I bought 4 items from the Pepperfry studio on 30th April. The order amount was abt INR 53K, which I paid partly in gift cards (30k) and partly by credit card.
3 items got delivered, however, 1 item (Fusion King Size bed), never got delivered. After multiple follow ups, I was told that the product has been cancelled. I had a few guest come over by the time the bed was to get delivered. I had to go through a very embarrassing situation in front of my guests.
That said, when I approached the customer care for the refund, they denied paying it back in the credit card mode. The value of the product was about 23k, which is exactly what I paid from the credit card. I don't want to shop again from Pepperfry again, however, they are forcing me to given I would have the unutilized amount in the form of Pepperfry gift card.
It was a simple request, which they denied and then unfortunately closed my case without any final resolution.
Request the form to please take a note and help me get my hard earned money back and a compensation for all the harassment, embarssment, and trouble that I had to go through for last one month. Was this information helpful? |
