[Resolved] Pepperfry — not receiving replacement for the damaged product

I purchased a set to two chairs from pepperfry. One of the chair was found damaged during transit. I requested them to replace the damaged one. They are denying to replace it, but only take it back as return. So i requested to take both chairs in return as single chair won't be fulfilling my purpose. They are not even accepting that. Issue is unresolved since a month.
