Pepperfry — order[protected] | |||
On my visit to koregaon park pepperfry studio, pranav have helped us to place the order for freemont queen size bed with storage in honey oak finish by woodsworth vide order #[protected] on 17th jun 2017 and the order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd jul 2017. I was chasing since 3rd jul and i was getting reply from pepperfry customer care that it will be delivered soon, twice i got false commitment from the executive and i was even told that delayed is due to quality check issue. I was taken leave twice for the delivery as no one was not available at home, but when i called them i came to know that the delivery will be delayed and the executive told me that pepperfry will compensate for the delay. Finally on 16th july the bed was delivered but the material quality was worst and it was having crack and the nail was removed, even whatever the picture was displayed in website the material was different and was very low quality so we have returned the product at the same movement. On the same day i called the customer care and told them about return, during discussion i came to know that no one have given them the status about return. Since 16th july i am following up with them for crediting the amount but till date i. E. 24th july the amount has not been credited and twice i have been given false commitment that the amount has been initiated. Even i spoke to gayatri from finance dept on 18th jul and she told me that it will take 24 to 48hrs to release the amount, even i spoke to her about compensation, and she told me that she will inform senior manager, but till date no response received. I had been calling customer care on 3rd jul, 5th jul, 6th jul, 9th jul, 11th jul, 16th jul, 17th jul, 18th jul, 22nd jul & 24th jul 2017. I am having the conversation recordings for gayatri on 18th jul, one more executive on 22nd jul & raj on 24th jul 2017. I have received the mail that the refund has been initiated but the amount will be credited within 7-10 working days, kindly release the compensation amount as i have paid the amount thru credit card and on 25th jul 2017 i have paid the emi of rs. 5790/-. My money is got block because of the delay and even i have suffered a leave without pay salary for one day. I am very dissapointed with the pepperfry service and will not refer anyone to purchase from pepperfry. Was this information helpful? | |||
