[Resolved] Pepperfry — Order cancelation | |
I ordered a gaming chair from pepperfry on 9th of March and the delivery date was 3rd of April now on 20th March I got a mail that my product delivery has been delayed to 9th of April, when I called customer care to either provide the delivery by 3rd of April as it was or just cancel the order, now they are not doing anything about it and they disconnected the call. They are saying we will not cancel the order, do consumers have any rights on this type of behavior from an e-commerce company. Was this information helpful? | |
