[Resolved] Pepperfry — Order cancellation charges being levied unfairly

I placed an order for a sofa at pepperfry studio #[protected]. After order was placed, i was told the delivery time is after about 3 to 4 weeks. As I can't wait for that long, I spoke to customer care to cancel that order. However they are saying they will levy 2.5 percent cancellation charges which is not fair. Need immediate action to refund in full without any charges.
