I ordered a ''''TV Wall Unit in Beech Finished by Mintwood'''' from Pepperfry.com on 14th of August.My order ref. is[protected]. I had done the payment through debit card of Rs. 6313 on the same day. My order was to be delivered on or before 29th of August. But it was not delivered on 29th August.I contacted them on the consumer no, they said that order will be delivered after 2 days.After waiting for 2 days, when my order was not delivered I again contacted them by their helpline number. They said that my order will be be delivered on 2nd September. But my order was also not delivered on 2nd September.I contacted them again, then they said that my order will be delivered on 4th September.Today, I waited for their message about delivery because they had said that 1 hour before delivery they will call me.So I contacted them again and they said that my order will be delivered on 6th of September. I requested them to cancel my order and deposit my Rs.6313 with interest in my account. They refused my request and assured me that if my order will not be deivered on 6th September, they will cancel my order. whenever i call them they say to wait for 2 to 3 days and it is me who call them, they have never informed me.''''Pepperfry.com'''' has harassed me.i am still waiting for my order or money back. I ORDERED a tv wall unit on 14th august from pepperfry.com which was delayed.I had complaint about it on your website.my order was delivered very very late at 6 september and i was told that a carpenter will visit to my house within 48 hours to assemble my furniture but the carpenter never came. today is 16 september and the furniture is still lying in the box in my house and i am still waiting for the carpenter. i am contacting the customer care service daily, but their service is very bad, they never tell me properly that wheather the carpenter will come or not, instead they say me to keep the phone on hold and keep the phone hold for at least 10 minutes, then they assure that the carpenter will come on the same day by 6 pm. even my phone bill has increased by contacting the customer care again and again. i have also complained about it on their website but no response is given from there also. every time i call the customercare service, they say that the carpenter will reach today by 6 pm, but he never comes. today also i was told that the carpenter will come today(16 september) but he didn''t came today also. i want that if the carpenter is not coming, they should return my money back with interst and take this furniture back as early as possible. i also want money for my phone bill and the mental stress given to me by pepperfry.com
