The Akasuki Queen Size Bed was bought on 11th November 2022. This bed has a warranty of 2 years and within six months the supports are broken/damaged.
I bought the product from Rourkela, Odisha and shifted to Bengaluru, Karnataka and there was no defects in the product while shifting/relocating and assembly. It has been 3 months since then and on 19th May 2023 the supporters have been damaged.
The Pepperfry team come up with the reply that since the product was shifted/relocated the warranty is void (over the call) which is not described in their warranty policy and they do not have a clear explanation for this.
They have also written back stating that the warranty of the product is void due to usage. That means should I keep the product as it is for years in order to have good product life? This is beyond explanation.
I would request the consumer forum to kindly look into this issue as I have been distorted by the after-service quality of Pepperfry. I further would like a refund for the product as I do not intend to entertain any more products from Pepperfry. Request to treat this on priority and help me in getting justice for the poor service quality displayed by the Pepperfry team.
