[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Pepperfry - a fraud online company

I have ordered Rinnovare floor cleaning MOP from pepperfry on 17th March'15. Order Number:[protected]. After I received the product I have immediately called customer care and informed that the product I have received seems to be used one. I have also not received the product in its original cartridge. To this first they replied that It comes under moneyback guarantee and they will refund the amount after reverse pick up. After that I was asked to put complain online on pepperfry site, to which they replied that they cannot refund money and on again calling customer care, they said its branded product and money wont be refunded back. On asking to escalate the complaint, executive said I will receive a call back from manager, but I have not received the call yet. Now the product is kept as it is and my money is blocked. Please help.
