[Resolved] Pepperfry — Pepperfry.com has politely taken my money and a month later politely telling me it has no idea where my furniture is. | |||
I have ordered shelves from Pepperfry.com more than a month ago. The website said the delivery would take a few weeks and so I thought it would be worth it. But it has been over a month now and now the call to say they are not sure when my order will be delivered or even the status of the shelves. They seemed to be encouraging me to cancel the order but I am concerned they will take months to return the money as well. I have ordered from Urban Ladder and Fab Furnish as well and been really happy with what i got (not top end furniture but for the price i didn't expect that) ... I mistakenly thought Pepperfry would be the same. Pepperfry please process my order or at least be honest enough to say you have no control of your suppliers so you have to cancel it - the reference number for the call is **792648 it is under my wife's name.
