Pepperfry sold me damaged furniture for 3 Lacs. I invite and propose a major class action against Pepperfry, will be posting my contact & order details. Also, I am at present in consideration and undergoing consultation with legal team to pursue, mediate and mitigation through their litigation expertise. My story: Absolutely nothing has gone as promised by Pepperfry with the delivery, fulfillment and finalization of any of my 3 orders worth 3 Lacs. Here is a list of each of the tall promises made by various dedicated Relationship, Account and Logistics Managers at Pepperfry. This has been going on since mid-March 2015 till present day, and still no end. 1. Delays with taking of order. 2. Unavailability of products without notice. 3. No collated delivery. 4. Delivery late by many weeks. 5. Many items still not delivered. 6. Polish, color finishing, termite issues. 7. Manufacturing, design weathering defects. 8. Delivered wrong products. 9. No supervisor to inspect at time of delivery. 10. No delivery staff to unload. 11. No carpenter, installation instructions, nut/bolts/screws etc. 12. No refund for my out of pocket expenses as I had to pay for carpenter and labour etc. 13. No refund for cancelled undelivered items. 14. No reimbursement for damaged furniture. 15. No decisions or reasonable outcomes. 16. No reliable customer service. 17. No timely and methodical action. 18. No accountability ever by anyone, always too busy shifting blame. 19. No collaboration amongst various teams / areas within Pepperfry and their vendors or courier partners etc. 20. Certainly no promptness and courtesy from staff. I could go on forever, ...none of the above but plenty of vague statements, white lies, deception and excuses by all levels of management top to bottom. This is unjust, painful to any customer and equally damaging to the Pepperfry brand if anyone working with them cares. I am not aware if Pepperfry have a thing called 'mission statement' and if they give a damn about it. I really have nothing to add, it has come to this that I feel immense self-disgust that I have to be a part of this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Pepperfry is busy being shameless and committing this highway robbery against the very people who invest their trust and hard earned money with them.
So much for believing in and delivery on 'brand India' or 'make in India.'
Shame on you Pepperfry for acting more like a registered sham and less like a business with decency and integrity.
