We ordered for a cupboard n th mirror is broken. We wrote several emails to pepperfry and even tried to call their customer care. But they are such a fraud.they wont reply to our emails and take any action or replace th product even aftter we sharing pictures of the broken mirror. Order no.[protected] 2 beds delivered & assembly done today, july 04. During assembly, in one bed corner plank was found to be having crack, in another bed, storage box was having frontal crack.non delivery of purchased item
I had waited for 1 month to get the purchased item (Cello cupboard) costing Rs.2700. I had asked for a refund, but there is no response. They may be cheating intentionally. I have ordered a three seater sofa from pepperfry on 27th september and havent received it yet they keep saying that they will deliver it and till now they have not delivered it... and dont seem to take any action.
