Exactly a year back i purchased "gloria three seater sofa in brown colour by home city" and received a product of different color. When i contacted them about this they said it will charge us around 8k for take it back and if i keep it back then 8k will be paid to me. But i was never informed that they will void the warranty also. The entire process took 3-4 days and i kept the product unused till then.
From last couple of months i am facing an issue with the product and when i called them they informed me that the product warranty has been voided as they have given some compensation.
How can they do it without informing?
Just before this order i ordered another product (Order no:[protected]fn1350540-p-od9624) which they them self cancelled after one month saying that it cannot be delivered and refunded my money with no compensation or at least a sorry for making me to wait.
When i talked to the customer care i was informed very rudely that your warranty has been voided as they have given compensation for delivering a wrong product.
So i want them to change the conditions and inform everything to customer so that the customer will decide whether to keep it or return it.
Worst service... Selling cheap products and finally cheating customers with wrong commitments. Was this information helpful? |
