I got a damaged product and I returned it back to pepper-fry and asked for a refund. They said they have initiated refund. But I have not received it yet. When asked, they don't share any transaction details and they ask me to check with bank. My bank says, "Pepperfry has not attempted".
According to them refund initiated on Feb 1. Not received till today(Feb 25)

Solution would be to refund the amount to my credit card as promised.
