Hello, I have ordered an item in pepperfry and returned it due to some reasons, but now the refund has been credited to the pepperfry wallet. And I have sent several emails to the support team, but without resolving the issue they are just confirming that the issue has been resolved.
And please change this policy, that the refund should be credited directly to customer bank account not to the pepperfry wallet. Because for some emergency reasons we will be returning the item and will look for the refund, but keeping our money in the wallet cannot be utilised for our emergency reasons. It's like forcing the customers to buy the product in the app even if they are not willing to.
