I have not yet received the refund from the merchant for one of my products. They told me that i should contact my bank as they have already refunded the amount.
I contacted the bank and they said that they require a confirmation email from the merchant stating the date and amount of the transaction. I asked for the same from the merchant. It has been nearly two days but have not received any reply from their end.
Please look into this urgently as it has been delayed long and the amount is big. Was this information helpful? |
