[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Refusal for Return for Queen BED which has 7 days Return Policy

I purchased Queen Upholstery Bed online from Pepperfry and it was delivered on time. First of all delivery person wanted to unhold items to take back Carton box to sell for himself. When he opened I saw it and said it seems cannot bear 2 people weight and he agreed as well. I decided to return the item and placed Request on the same day. People refused to pick saying let Technical person review then we will take. So I allowed for evaluation and he also confirmed that it is light weight and cannot be used for 2 people it is good for kids.

Poor response from Chat or Call management from Pepperfry where they dont respond or call back. Once in a day u get them to talk for 2 min it is great achievement

After multiple followups including sending mails to Grevences no one responded. Finally on 11th evening Customer support person agreed to take back and confirmed i will receive an SMS and it will be picked soon. But I didnt get any SMS so I decided to follow up next morning

However it is denied on 12th morning and said no one called me on 11th and they cant take back unless it is not damaged

They expect you to break the item before it is taken back

Please DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM PEPPERFRY THEY ARE RUTHLESS PEOPLE and they dont follow any commitments No Decency as well
