Pepper fry is unable to. Initiate my refund as they are not able to pick up an item. I wrote more than half a dozen emails/chats/calls requesting pick up. They have standard response that "we will revert to you with details in 48 hours" and in the said time they will send out another email stating that we have initiated pickup and it will happen in 3-5 days. Same response several times over.
They also state that their delivery partner is responding that address is incorrect and pepper fry executives are not sure why they do so.
There has to be a quicker way to get refund from businesses that are challenged with delivering quality services. Was this information helpful? |
