[Resolved] Pepperfry — Return policy is not adhere by this company | |||||
I wanted to return the sofa purchased online portal on 09/10/2015 by order no.[protected] and did not like the product. so i put request for return of the purchase. As per their return policy they were to pick up within 24-48 hours of request placed with them. Today is 15th October 2015 but nothing is happened till date. i am calling them twice in a day and got the reply that some will call you within 4 hours but for them four hours are not over till date. Can some one look in to this & and one can not access the responsible person of company to address this complaint ? and theses call center are useless contact with company.
