I bought a polymer cup planter from the website spending about Rs 1200. After I placed the order I could not place the cancellation request when I realised the product is actually plastic and I had to wait for the product to be delivered in order to raise the return request.
The company is not accepting the return, stating there is no damage in the product. I had even requested them to deduct the cancellation charges or courier charges and accept return. Alternatively I requested them to accept the return in exchange to another product from pepperfry. They are still not accepting my request
This is unacceptable. As a customer I have right to choose the product of my choice. Company should have policy of exchange atleast. Was this information helpful? |
