Pepperfry — Sofa return request

I purchased a 3 seater and a single seater sofa from pepperfry for a cost of rs. 78637. The company states on its sales page that these sofas can be returned within 30 days with no questions asked, if ever the consumer is unsatisfied with the product.
As the material was warm and uncomfortable for relaxing on it we made a return request on the same day as the delivery - 18 june 2021.
The single seater was taken back in a week's time and the money was returned. But despite escalation and many different attempts to reach out the 3 seater has not been taken back. This in spite of their email dated 23 june 2021 that they would take it back in 3 to 5 days. Today it's the sixth of july - 14 days already over. But no response from pepperfry. The remaining amount the company owes to us is rs. 48290.
