Hi
I ordered two wardrobes. both were damaged on transit. one of them was replaced however the quality of the product is not as listed in the website.
I initiated return but the case manager refused return and she is not knowledgeable and talks no sense,
Customer care process is not friendly and they are also talking insane

The issue is not resolved and Pepper fry is not reliable. They are misrepresenting customers and not willing to accept that they are misrepresenting. Earlier it was the Case Manager Shivani and today I spoke Rashmi ( She is from the final escalation desk).. Unfortunately no assistance and they don't understand the issue. Even their Grievance officer Lt Cdr Naveen Abhishek (Retd.) has the courtesy to respond back on the query raised on 6th September 2022.
The other damaged product that was delivered last Saturday is lying partly in my home with no resolution.
Beware of buying it from Pepper fry
