I purchased a floating shelf from pepperfry and the order no is[protected]. It is mentioned on their website that the product contains 3 shelves, wall screws and plugs. When the product was delivered, the screws were missing. I contacted them twice and they asked me to send image of the product. I can send image of the product but does it really make sense, is the product defective/damaged?? One can hide the screws and take pictures. Pepperfry, i have been their long time customer but such brands really do not value customer loyalty. Their dumbness and no after-service is going to make them lose customers.
