[Resolved] Pepperfry — Wrong dimension Mattress delivered. Not refunding money

Have ordered home items worth of 75k and in that one of the single mattress was delivered with wrong dimensions 78x42 whereas the cot is of size 76x40 I'm unable to use it as it was not a good fit for the cot bought on pepperfry. Had raised a complaint with their customer support team on 28th Aug for return within 2 days of receipt. Neither my calls nor my emails are getting answered.
