Pepperfry.com — Refund/Return

I was promised that the product can be returned if I am not satisfied with the product or if doesnt match my need and also received an email which states the same. Once I recieved the product I realized that the mattress doesnt fit the Cot which was purchased from the seller Pepperfry. Now I am being told that this product does not come under the returnable product list and they cannot accept the return and also the right size of mattress is not available with this seller (Pepperfry) and I am left with no option, but incurring a loss of Rs. 11894 which is not being refunded.
