Regarding shortage of delivery

I had purchased stock from pepsico on15 /1/2021.i asked for printed bill they refuse it. Also they refuse to give me scheme items. When i asked they give excuses. The distributor were sell this product of scheme in black and no one should take action against him.

I have had this issue over and over with Lays and packets o[censored]ncle Chips. They are full of burnt and bad tasting pieces.
I have personally worked on production lines of Walkers Crisps in Leicester, UK.
And I know how burnt crips are shot out of production lines by small bursts of air.
I fail to understand why there are not same standards in India. Sub standard produce brings down the brand...

Spoiled Chips from the pack of Lays

Hi team,

I found a Spoiled chips inside the packet of lays and tastes ugly. Felt like Vomit. I was worried how about if my old parents have the same it was really bad feeling. Without watching chips people like me directly put it in mouth. It will spoil badly. The regretting eating such food.
