Perfect Management Services — Excess payment Rs. 1530/- by delhi collecting agent

Sh.Bhupenra Tyagi ID No. BHUP060277 FROM DELHI BRANCH of Perfect Management comes to our house to collect HDCF auto Loan Installment loan no. 21930007 & at that time my senior citizen wife was alone in house.She first give 18000/- agent again demanded 1700/- for that installment Our installment was for Rs. 18170/-only but by misguiging the old lady he has taken RS. 19700/-i.e., ., RS.1530 /=excess We lodged complaint in HDFC Bank complaint centre and [protected]@hdfcbank on 21.10.2015 . We also cotected on phone to delhi branch & they give us assurance to solve problem, We have recording of conversation between my wife/ Perfect management officer and Bhupendra Tyagi In which Bhupendra Tyagi did not replied satisfactorily. The agent is not a honest man and not behave well with the clients.However he says he has taken Rs. 18200/- then why he has not returned Rs.30/- which must be refunded as per receipt. this shows his intention of cheating with clients. You are once again requested to give us satisfactory reply and refund Rs. 1530/- Statement made from Bhupendra Tyagi is not reliable one
