Personal — Amount Deducted from A/C but not reflecting the recharge amount

I have done the the recharge for my Airtel mob. [protected] for 365 days amount Rs.2999/-.
Amount deducted from Union Bank of India . through Google Pay Mode.
But still reflecting a balance in Airtel App, & after 3rd time conversation on mail no reply from Recharge Cube.
