I have an appointment with a physiotherapist. Unfortunately I forgot the time. I called to confirm the time. Since morning I called more than three to four times just to get connected to the physiotherapy department and to confirm about the time. Every time I was put on hold to get connected to the physiotherapy department but no one from the physiotherapy department was responding to the call. I told the executive that no was responding but she turned a deaf ear to that. Last but not the least while I was trying to explain my purpose of calling Jupiter hospital the executive was so impatient and impolite that she hung up my call. The hospital have expert, famous, qualified, well behaved, polite doctors. The customer care department is equally incompetent, impolite and impatient. Was this information helpful? |
