Hi Team,
I have created Flipkart account over a period ago with a mobile number (+91 [protected]) and email address [protected]@gmail.com that is no longer with me.
The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. I called customer care multiple times nearly 5 times, i raised the ticket and without resolution they solved the compliant. Due to which i can't redeem my Gift card and supercoin balance. Support of flipkart is very horrible.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. Was this information helpful? |
