Personal — Harrasssment to pay the bill amount for which I have not used the broadband service

Hello all,

I have received the Lok Adalat notice (Attached) for the non payment of the tata tele broadband bill amount. First of all I am not using the tata tele broadband service after one month trial. I took the trial service because, "I have been offered a trial period of one month for broadband by a Tata tele broadband service person. He told me that if you are not happy with speed and range you can opt out any time. If I am not happy with the service and the service is stopped by tata tele broadband services. The person from tata tele broadband services collected the router and charger from my place. How I can pay the bill of which I am not availing any service.."

The person from broadband company already collected the router from my place. How I can pay the bill for the service which I am not using. Kindly help to resolve the issue. My account details are as below:
