I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding my Order ID: OD[protected] and Invoice Number: MXAAY[protected] for the laptop I ordered on October 9, 2026. I received the product on October 26, 2026, but unfortunately, the keyboard is not functioning properly, despite the laptop being new.

I’m quite worried about this issue and would appreciate your guidance on what steps I should take next.
