Dear Sir,
I have come on vacation to my relatives house and have ordered Nike shoes in my name. KYC has got rejected several times inspite of submitting my passport, mother’s passport and Adhar card. I do not have the address proof matching to my name. What is the solution? Can I change the address and delivery name ? Or Cancel the order ? I have emailed my query to Aramex support but there is no reply. My shipment no is [protected].
