Personal — online recharge issue through debit card.

Sir,
i recharged my cell [protected] online with my sbi debit card amounted rs.398 on 27th september 2018 through my 2nd cell [protected][jio network]
message 'recharge successful' also displayed, amount from bank account also debited.I found this matter in mini statement from atm.
No recharge information message from you to my cell phone [protected] yesterday.
Customer care personnel asked me today, during my conversiation, whether amount from sbi account deducted or not?
i did recharge on 1st september 2018 in the above mention system, but no problem faced.
What is the solution for this issue from you.
I request you please respond immediately & solve my problem.
