I was told by philips service centre palarivattom, cochin. Kerala that i will be replaced with a new set of aquatouch shaver against my damaged set on a discounted price. This was told from the above service centre before two months. Till today i am behind them for the status. No satisfactory reply as they did not have a surety from the their head office. This is very bad from a reputed company like philips. I just want to know whether i will get it or not. They say it is approved and you get it shortly since almost a month.
