Personal — Poor and rude conduct of customer service center personnel.

Om 28-Sept-23, I raised a compliant under 'RNP[protected]. This complaint has not been attended and closed at the time of writing this. It is till open.

I have contacted your customer support several times vide 'WhatsApp'. The response has always evasive. I have tried contacting several senior personnel as suggested by your executive over 'Whatsapp'.

With deep regret and sadness I have to state that all calls have come unanswered. I have tried to contact the following personnel.
Mr. Vinod Pandey = Tel. No. +91 [protected]. No response. Does not answer calls.
Ms. Anisha Shaikh = +91 [protected]. Several times. Never answers.
Ms. Suleka = +[protected]. Several times but answered only once.
Mr. Nimesh Kumar Bansal =[protected]. Several times answered only once.

This is the despicable state of your customer service.

They are all experts and harassing a customer.

Admit it is my mistake buying a sub-standard product from a company which has no respect for its customer.
